Prior to Percent, Nelson founded a successful consulting firm and remains actively involved in angel investing and philanthropy. Nelson holds a degree in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University.

Prath Reddy, CFA, President

Prath Reddy is Percent’s President and a crucial architect of the company’s growth. His deep experience in investment banking, capital markets, and corporate debt informs his drive to revolutionize private credit. At Percent, Prath oversees client-facing operations and holds a Board Observer seat. He’s a passionate advocate for financial literacy, actively mentoring students and supporting non-profit initiatives. Prath holds a BS in Business Administration (Finance) from Northeastern University and is a CFA® charterholder.
