Our Chart of the Week below shows the metrics Percent considers when choosing to onboard prospective borrower partners. Even after a borrower has gone through a rigorous diligence process with respect to corporate-level factors, dozens more portfolio and deal factors are assessed. In all, 130 metrics are incorporated into our underwriting procedures.
This is all part of the process of identifying the highest quality origination partners whose assets Percent can confidently put in the hands of retail and institutional investors.
