Given the recent uncertainty and volatility in public markets, this week's chart highlights our efforts to deliver largely uncorrelated alpha across a wide variety of offerings in our STNP market.
Making it a key objective to partner with originators who have assets that are not dependent on public market behavior, we have worked diligently over the past 18 months to deliver more offerings from even more diversified originators. In doing so, we have been able to provide investors with the ability to diversify their portfolio of alternative assets to effectively hedge against potential performance risks.
