The format

Guests gather from 5:30 over wine and food. At 6:30, Clara Vydyanath and Prath Reddy sit down for a short, unscripted conversation on the state of the private markets heading into Q4 — live-podcast style, with the room invited in. Questions are the point. Everyone mingles afterward.

What we expect to get into

• How are allocators thinking about deployment into year-end?
• Where is liquidity actually available for private positions — and where isn't it?
• What is the venture side seeing that the credit side isn't, and vice versa?
• What is each side seeing across its pipeline heading into Q4?

Who's in the room

Attendance is limited and by invitation. The invitation list is weighted toward LPs — family offices and institutional allocators — with a small number of GPs from both venture and private credit.

Your hosts

Clara Vydyanath, CFA, CPA is a cofounder of Underline Capital, an active venture firm investing at the growth stage, where her focus is execution and secondaries. She came to it after close to a decade inside private capital markets, working across primaries, secondaries, coinvests, and liquidity solutions. She built investment infrastructure at Forge, ran a fund-of-funds at Equi, and scaled fund coverage at Hiive. She writes for LPs, GPs, allocators, and family offices on how private markets actually work in practice, and is based in New York. (Biography provided by Underline Capital.)

Prath Reddy, CFA is Chief Executive Officer and a co-founder of Percent, named CEO in June 2026 after serving as the company's President. He has been on the founding team since 2018, and spent his prior career in debt capital markets — most recently as a Director in UBS Investment Bank's Debt Capital Markets group in New York, structuring and executing fixed-income securities for public and private issuers across sectors and global markets. He holds a BSBA in Finance from Northeastern University and is a CFA charterholder.
