Scott McCarthy has over 30 years corporate treasury experience with senior management responsibility for the development, implementation, and management of a wide variety of capital market and other finance functions. In those roles Scott was responsible for managing cross-functional teams to support corporate growth and diversification initiatives as well as meeting all regulatory and accounting compliance requirements. He has expertise in short- and long-term debt issuance, asset securitization, interest-rate risk management, liquidity risk management, derivatives, cash management, and foreign exchange risk management. Most recently Scott was a Managing Director in Bank of America’s corporate treasury department with responsibility for managing the structuring, analysis, and debt issuance for credit card, auto, and other consumer asset securitization programs including US, UK, and Canadian asset pools. He was also responsible for overseeing conformance with all Dodd-Frank, Reg AB, and other regulatory rules. Scott’s experience also includes investor development, oversight of ratings processes, and participation in various industry association working groups. He earned an M.B.A. in Finance and Investments from George Washington University and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
