A Better Way to Compare Investments, Now on Percent

Comparing investment opportunities on Percent is now easier than ever. Starting today, investors on Percent can access our new in-depth deal comparison tool, letting you find and compare investments across Percent in a couple of clicks.

To compare investments, first navigate to the Opportunities page and click the button in the upper right corner to access the list view. From there, you will see checkboxes on the left-hand side of the screen. Select the deals you want to compare (up to five), and click the Compare button that appears in the upper-right corner.

Pressing “Compare” takes you to the new Deal Comparison page. This helpful new tool displays the selected deals side-by-side, making it easy to compare details, including each deal’s Offering Overview, Credit Enhancements, Asset Details, and information about the originator.

This new view is an interactive version of the Comparables section found on Deal Detail pages, providing a deeper understanding of our Opportunities and how they differ from each other.  (Note that deals launched before June 2021 have a limited set of fields which can be compared.)

Our team is committed to continuously improving the Percent experience, and your feedback is always welcomed. We look forward to sharing further platform improvements in the coming months.
